- 12 ounces beef sirloin steak
- 1 jar Cowboy Caviar
- 8 cups torn romaine
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Rub both sides of steak with garlic.
Using long-handled tongs. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack.
Grill steak, covered over medium heat or broil 4″ from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145, medium 145, well-done 170.)
When cool enough to handle, slice meat across the grain into strips, place in a large bowl.
Add the romaine and jar of Cowboy Caviar. Toss to coat
